Angel Pai is an actress, producer, TV host, fine artist, jewelry designer, nonprofit founder, social impact leader, entrepreneur, public speaker, and international fashion model- a multidisciplinary polymath and creative who uses every platform she touches to inspire transformation and drive social impact. Across her diverse career, Angel has carried a singular intention: to empower others, shift consciousness, and build systems of resilience and equity through storytelling, art, and humanitarian action.

Angel first gained visibility in the creative world as both an actress and an international fashion model, represented by top agencies across eight countries. Her work has appeared in publications worldwide, including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, and GQ. As the longtime muse of designer Malan Breton, she has opened and closed his shows since the brand’s inception. Earlier in her career, she placed in the top four at the Miss Asia beauty pageant and was awarded the Miss Body title, visibility she has since transformed into a platform to advocate for women’s empowerment and cultural exchange.

In film and television, Angel works as an actress, host, writer, and producer, developing original content that seeks to inspire empathy, healing, and human connection. She has hosted for PBS AllArts, MTV IGGY, NYCTV, and the Travel Channel, with recent segments spotlighting humanitarian efforts in art, fashion, and culture. Her notable fine arts background began with her first oil painting exhibitions at age ten, and a young artist showcase associated with the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. A former competitive martial artist, she earned eight championship gold medals in taekwondo and trained in fencing and archery- disciplines that reflect her lifelong dedication to focus, resilience, and strength.

As a creative entrepreneur, Angel founded ILLUMIN DESIGNS, a sustainable high-art jewelry brand rooted in the Japanese philosophies of wabi-sabi and kintsugi. Each one-of-a-kind piece is handcrafted as a wearable talisman of resilience, transformation, and beauty within imperfection, inspired by her own personal journey of transformation. ILLUMIN collaborates with UN-aligned initiatives to promote sustainability and women’s empowerment; in 2023, her work was featured at the UN Peace Day Youth Event during the General Assembly as part of the Designs4Unity global launch.

It is through these artistic and creative careers that Angel built her global platform for advocacy and social impact. She is an advocate with the There Is No Limit Foundation in Africa, where she supports programs that empower women, uplift communities, and end gender-based violence. She also serves as the Education and Youth Empowerment Ambassador for The Dais, India, advancing education and gender equality for young people. She served as a STEAM Ambassador for the Aspire Artemis Foundation, promoting education, cultural exchange, and the integration of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics to expand opportunities for marginalized youth. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she co-founded Keep Breathing, Inc., a nonprofit designed to address the urgent needs of frontline medical staff. This fully volunteer-led initiative provided open-source designs and produced 3D-printed ventilator splitters, intubation boxes, ear savers, and powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR) for hospitals. Keep Breathing, Inc. was featured in Time Magazine, Observer, and World Journal for its contributions to the global fight against COVID-19.

Her humanitarian leadership extends to the United Nations, where she has partnered with the PVBLIC Foundation as Master of Ceremonies and panel moderator during the 79th and 80th UN General Assemblies, guiding high-level discussions on resilience, equity, and sustainable development. At the UN Headquarters, she continues to bridge policy, capital, culture, and storytelling to accelerate global progress on the Sustainable Development Goals.

Having lived in seven countries, Angel brings a deeply global perspective to all her endeavors. Whether through acting and storytelling, modeling and fashion, jewelry design, fine art, or humanitarian advocacy, she has built a career defined by intention: to use every platform she touches as a vehicle for empowerment, transformation, and meaningful social change.
